An Open Door Policy

The remodel continues…

We’re in the middle of replacing all of the doors inside the house, which is making me giddy because they’re going to look awesome when they’re done!

However, there’s a bit of a problem. Today, the carpenters tore down all the of the old doors (and frames) before making sure that the new ones we ordered were the correct size. You know where this is going, right? None of the bathroom doors are the right size. Home Depot made a mistake when they placed the order.

So after more than 9 years of marriage, the mystery is nearly gone. No doors on the bathroom really lets you get to know someone. Too well. There are just some things that should be left private.

And? The doors take about two weeks to come in. And my parents will be staying with us this week.

Too much information.
